About me

For more than forty years, Barry S. Yaches has been a plaintiff’s civil trial lawyer who has successfully handled civil damage cases on behalf of hundreds of clients. Throughout his career he has fought for the rights of clients who have suffered personal injuries and commercial damages and obtained the compensation for them that they deserved. Whether through trial, arbitration or settlement, Mr. Yaches has excelled in obtaining top results for his clients in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Background

After graduating from Temple Law School, Mr. Yaches worked at the firm of Shein and Brookman where he assisted the lead partner, Joseph D. Shein, in complex civil litigation including medical malpractice, products liability, defamation, and other serious personal injury litigation. Mr. Yaches left Shein and Brookman in order to establish his own practice in 1975 and has practiced in the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in the areas of medical malpractice, bad faith insurance litigation, general personal injury law, contract law and litigation, and real estate law and litigation.
